Lappset invests in electric forklifts and offsets diesel forklift emissions

Lappset has been using electric forklifts in its factory for indoor and outdoor operations since 2017. In the autumn of 2023, the Rovaniemi factory was already using eight medium-sized electric forklifts. These forklifts were manufactured by a Finnish factory in Järvenpää. Electric forklifts do not release emissions indoors and are safe in this regard, not only for the environment but also for personnel.
