In 2018, Visio de Vlasborch in Vught opened a therapy garden for the visually impaired and blind elderly. This beautiful garden has special facilities that increase accessibility for the visually impaired, elderly and blind, such as guide lines and a pole with spoken instructions for using the exercise equipment.

Together with Yalp, the exercise garden was specially designed for people with a visual impairment. This makes the therapy garden unique”.

The exercise garden is used in groups by clients and by the physiotherapist. In addition to clients, local residents can also participate in the training. Moving together and meeting each other is central to this.
