Parts built of high pressure laminate panels (HPL) are very strong and impact resistant. Temperature changes do not affect the measurements or stiffness of the plates. Moving handles are made of soft, rubber-like material (TPE, thermoplastic elastomer). Their frames are built of polycarbonate.
