Erbium

Metal swing frame with bird’s nest seat. The bird’s nest seat can be switched to the inclusive basket swing seat with only a small effect on the price.

The frame has bearings for two other seats, eg. a rubber seats or a cradle seats, with 210 cm chains. Please inform us of the seat preferences when ordering the product.

Three color options: dark grey RAL7024, grey RAL 9023, or unpainted hot galvanized steel.

For a surcharge, you can order the foundation plate kit for non-concrete installation.

Material

  • The bird's nest seat, a diameter of Ø 1.2 metres, is made of steel-enforced rope.
  • The swing chains are made of Ø 6 mm stainless steel, which guarantees the best protection against corrosion even in the harshest conditions.
  • The chain goes all the way to the seat and does not change into rope/cable halfway. The chain is protected by a rubbery protective cover. The steel chain ensures that the swing can bear a heavier load.
  • The swing bearings are cast stainless steel passivated against corrosion. The structure has been efficiently designed to eliminate all movement outside the actual bearing surfaces. The bearings are soundless and highly durable against mechanical and environmental strain. The bearings do not require maintenance as such but are easy to detach with tools, for seasonal storage for example.
  • The sturdy steel frame has a LappCoat treatment on the surface in these colours: Dark grey RAL7024 or Grey RAL 9023. The swing frames are available also unpainted, in hot galvanized steel.
  • Underground foundation without concreting can be performed using foundation plates. Plates must be ordered separately. You can choose the foundation type when placing your order.
