Parkour moves: Wall Run
Wall run allows you to climb onto high walls. Run towards the wall, jump up in front of the wall with one leg, place other leg on the wall and step upwards along the wall. Grab onto the top of the wall with your hands and use both legs and hands to climb on top of the wall.
Things to take into account
Try with your foot how slippery the wall is. Climbing on top of the wall after wall run may be very difficult and require lots of practise!
Where to start
Jump up from the wall with small speed without grabbing the wall with your hands.
