Parkour moves: Tic Tac
Tic tac allows you to change direction by using a wall. Run diagonally towards a wall, jump up with one leg and push away from the wall with the other leg. Turn during the jump so that your knees, as well as your toes, point to the running direction when you land. Land softly.
Things to take into account
Check if the wall is slippery. You can try to land accurately on any obstacle.
Where to start
First practise with sloping wall or with straight wall in a motionless position.
