Skanska Oy and NCC Rakennus Oy are the contractors involved in the building of Kartanonkoski living area. Both companies chose Lappset Group Oy as their partner in providing park furniture and playground equipment for the area. The park areas were finished as scheduled for completion by 2004–2005. A day-care centre is included in the project and the park areas will be utilised by a wide range of people of different ages.
