Delivery time

We deliver within 2–8 weeks from receiving your order, depending on the season and the products. Please order standard products well in advance — no later than 4 weeks before you need them — to ensure that we can provide you with the product at a reasonable price even in high season. We normally reserve around 8 weeks for delivering products that have only been introduced in the most recent catalogue.

Terms of delivery

Prices include goods-in-transit insurance and freight costs. The products are delivered to the client's property; the client is responsible for unloading the lorry. Please make sure that you have the necessary unloading equipment ready to avoid delays.

Orders for standard products can be cancelled without any extra cost within 8 days from placing the order. Cancellations of orders for customised CAD products are subject to a charge of 70% of the product's price. The delivery time can be postponed once (by a maximum of one month), but no later than one (1) week before the date on which the delivery is due to leave the factory

A small delivery surcharge is levied on deliveries of small batches.

Packing

Modular Lappset products take up little space in terms of transportation and delivery. Please refer to the pictures to see the elements in their packaging and once assembled.

Lappset design criteria ensure efficient packaging for ease of transportation. The packages are placed on pallets to speed up the loading and handling, and significantly reduce transport damage and costs. Pallets can be recycled and burned after usage.

To allow for transportation, the products are either wrapped in recyclable polyethylene and placed on a pallet, or they are packed in a wooden crate or a cardboard box. The pallets and wooden crates are made of untreated wood. They can be reused or burned. The wood used in the packaging conforms to the ISPM15 standard. The metallic ground work box is used to protect some of the spring products of the Axiom range during transportation.
